This team’s unique and expansive leadership experience will position Noridian for continued and adaptive growth.

Promotions include Senior Vice President (SVP), Chief Growth Officer Robert “Woody” Barela; SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Ranga Nutakki; SVP, Strategy and Enterprise Risk Management Jennifer Sandell; and SVP, Chief Financial Officer Laura Werk.

  • Woody Barela: As SVP, Chief Growth Officer, Barela will direct Noridian’s vision for growth and financial performance by leading strategic efforts for all target markets. With more than 25 years of experience in federal, state and commercial health plan markets, he has held multiple senior leadership roles within rapidly growing health care service enterprises.

  • Ranga Nutakki: Serving as SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Nutakki will lead legal services for new business, government contracts and other corporate ventures. His expansive career includes strategic transactions, securities and corporate law, and compliance in both corporations and private practice.

  • Jennifer Sandell: In the role of SVP, Strategy and Enterprise Risk Management, Sandell is responsible for creating a strategic concept and plan to move Noridian forward with new business opportunities. She brings a resume of results-driven financing and an ability to maximize business opportunities.

  • Laura Werk: As SVP, Chief Financial Officer, Werk is responsible for financial oversight and planning. Her diverse business profile includes financial and operational management with the proven ability to find strategic business solutions.
