TORONTO (Reuters) - Any talks on renegotiating the North American Free Trade Agreement would be between all three nations that signed the deal, Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland said on Tuesday. Freeland made her remarks to a Toronto conference amid speculation that the United States might seek to sit down with Canada first when renegotiating NAFTA before focusing on Mexico.
