Millennial Esports Provides Update on Non-Brokered Private Placement

Millennial Esports Corp. ("Millennial" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GAME) is providing an update on its previously announced non-brokered private placement of equity units at $0.70 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $20 million (the "Private Placement") (see the Company's November 24, 2017 news release).

The Company expects the first tranche of the Private Placement to close within the next week, with a second tranche of the Private Placement to close at the end of January.
