When should shoppers start looking for Memorial Day deals?
"Consumers will see Memorial Day promotions starting in early May, but the steepest and widest savings really pick up the week leading up to Memorial Day (which is Monday, May 30 this year)," says Teich. "That means you should keep your eyes peeled the weekend prior (starting May 20, this year), but expect the biggest savings on the weekend itself (May 26-30)."
