McDonald’s Japan is changing up its coffee, and to encourage people to try the new recipe, they’re just giving it away for free for five days straight.

According to Rocket News 24, McDonald’s Japan is giving away free small coffees between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. from January 16 through January 20. The deal doesn’t involve any other purchases, special codes or coupons. Anyone can just walk into a McDonald’s in that time window and ask for a small coffee, and they’ll get it for free. It’s a pretty good way to introduce a new coffee recipe and celebrate the new year by buying everyone a cup of coffee in the morning. The fact that it’s going on for five days straight is even better, especially because maybe it means all the McDonald’s in Japan won’t be swarmed with giant lines for a solid week.

Small coffees from McDonald’s Japan are normally 100 yen, or right around $1. A dollar isn’t much, but free is always better.
