‘Masked Singer’: Bobby Brown unmasked as Crab, remembers children Bobby Jr. and Bobbi Kristina

Spoiler alert! The following contains details from the April 21 episode of "The Masked Singer," including the identity of the unmasked celebrity.

And then there were six. Wednesday night's super-sized, two-hour "Masked Singer" featured a double elimination, booting two competitors from the competition.

As if that wasn't enough, actress/singer Rita Wilson joined the show's panelists – Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Jenny McCarthy and Robin Thicke – on their quest to identify the masked celebrities. To help out the investigators, this week's episode featured a food delivery clue, an edible item brought to the stage.

Here's how it all went down.

Piglet's 'Pretender' impresses

Piglet

Clues: In a pirate ship-themed package, Piglet spoke of the rough seas he encountered years ago. The blows led him to move back in with his parents. While reeling, he attended church and was convinced a priest had a vision about him that persuaded him to change. "I packed up my stuff and changed course to LA to go after the life I always wanted," he said.

In the studio, Piglet rocked out to "The Pretender" by Foo Fighters before his food delivery clue was revealed. Cotton candy represented one of Piglet's first jobs.

Guesses: McCarthy went with NSYNC's Lance Bass, while Jeong guessed actor Chris Pine at first, then Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. Wilson thought former NFL players Eli or Peyton Manning would be a touchdown.

Robopine brings the quills and thrills

Robopine
Robopine

Clues: Robopine revealed the singing competition has lifted his spirits since he's been suffering from a bout of depression lately. Robopine also shared that in his younger years, he wasn't encouraged by his family to pursue his dreams.

Robopine showed off his velvety voice with a sexy rendition of Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On." Explaining his lobster food delivery clue, the contestant said: "Off the coast of Costa Rica, my family and I did a lot of freshwater sea diving. It's a family tradition that we pride ourselves on."

Guesses: The clues and performance pointed Thicke to "America's Got Talent" host Terry Crews. Jeong suspected singer Aaron Hall from R&B group Guy, while Scherzinger put her money on Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx.

Hip hop hooray! Chameleon and Rita Wilson rap

Clues: Lucky Chameleon says he got to meet his idol, thanks to a contest at a local radio station. The two ended up working together and becoming friends.

Onstage, Chameleon wowed with his performance of "Regulate" by Warren G featuring Nate Dogg, but he wasn't the only one to put his rap skills on display. Guest panelist Wilson also showed off her fierce flowing skills, rapping Naughty by Nature's "Hip Hop Hooray."

Chameleon's food delivery clue, a meal ready-to-eat, showed his backing of "all the troops."

Guesses: McCarthy bet on "my ex's best friend" artist Machine Gun Kelly, and Jeong thought Brooklyn Nets basketball player Kyrie Irving was a slam dunk. Scherzinger brought up rappers G-Eazy and Waka Flocka Flame. But the guesses were off, according to Cluedle-Doo, who appeared onstage to give additional tips. "Chameleon, I very much enjoyed your work on the big screen," Cluedle said. "I was even rooting for you at the Golden Globes."

The insight made Thicke think back to his previous guess, Wiz Khalifa, who received a Golden Globe nod in 2016.

McCarthy raves over Yeti's 'stunning' voice

Clues: Yeti shared that his self-centered ways sabotaged a burgeoning career. After experiencing "an avalanche of success," his "ego caused tons of chaos and it all blew up."

His version of "Lonely" by Justin Bieber and Benny Blanco felt so sincere it gave McCarthy chills. "His voice is stunning," she praised. "I wanted more," said Thicke.

Scherzinger wiped tears from her eyes and lauded Yeti for his heartfelt performance.

Guesses: Yeti's food delivery clue of donuts made Thicke think of singers Omarion and Mario. Scherzinger suspected it was "American Idol" alum Todrick Hall beneath the costume, while Jeong's instincts led him to believe it was artist Justin Timberlake.

Russian Dolls' '24K Magic' is golden

Clues: Four Russian dolls appeared in the clue package, revealing there was a time the group felt abandoned. "We were on top of the world," one member said, "but suddenly when we looked around everyone was gone." But with practice, the dolls found success again, selling out "one of the world's most prestigious venues."

The Russian Dolls' rousing rendition of Bruno Mars' "24K Magic" had the panel on their feet. And their food delivery clue revealed red jelly beans to be a favorite of the band's.

Guesses: When it comes to the Russian Dolls' identity, Jeong is a "Sucker" for the Jonas Brothers. Scherzinger thought of another brotherly trio, Hanson. Wilson felt good about her pick of Boyz II Men.

Crab reveals his claustrophobia

Crab

Clues: Crab revisited his scary moment from two weeks ago when he couldn't breathe in his costume and had to leave the stage. The star explained he was feeling "so claustrophobic." It's not the first time Crab has experienced a panic attack, he said, he had one when he entered his first talent show as a kid.

In the studio, Crab showcased his gravely vocals with "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins. Playing the air drums with his crab claws was a great visual, too.

Guesses: After learning Crab and his children enjoy marshmallows, the panel revealed their guesses. Thicke believed Crab could be musician Ray Parker Jr., while McCarthy's gut pointed her to rapper Flavor Flav. Scherzinger went with "Twisted" singer Keith Sweat.

Seashell seems like a 'shore' thing

Seashell
Seashell

Clues: In a news-themed package, Seashell shared that the first time she appeared live on television, she did so without rehearsing. But while the idea of that can seem daunting, she said the opportunity felt "freeing" and allowed her to "let loose."

Seashell's performance of Tiffany's "I Think We're Alone Now" showed off her powerful voice, and had Wilson and Jeong dancing. Scherzinger said it was Seashell's best performance thus far.

Guesses: Cluedle hijacked the food clue, so the panel had to make their guesses without it. (It was later revealed to viewers to be bunches of grapes.) Jeong felt his selection of comedian Sarah Silverman was solid. Scherzinger went with "Sister, Sister" star Tamera Mowry, while Wilson threw out actress Scout Willis, daughter of Bruce and Demi Moore.

Black Swan's 'outstanding' showing

Clues: Black Swan shared that she was raised by her single mom, whom she would sing for at night. The two remained close and the disguised celebrity shared she bought her mom a home after becoming successful.

Black Swan dedicated her slowed down version of "Use Somebody" by Kings Of Leon, to her mother, which Jeong hailed as "outstanding."

Guesses: After the Goldfish crackers clue was revealed, Black Swan said she and her mom would nosh on them. Wilson then predicted "Praying" artist Kesha as the one under the mask. Jeong suspected "Dancing With the Devil" singer Demi Lovato, while Scherzinger brought up "Leave" singer JoJo.

A double-elimination: wave goodbye

Bobby Brown was under the Crab costume.
Bobby Brown was under the Crab costume.

Crab was the first of-the-sea character to be sunk. Before his identity was revealed, the panel's first impression guesses were announced and their final suspicions issued. Thicke opted to leave his initial instinct behind of Kool from Kool & The Gang, for his recent guess of Ray Parker Jr.

Similarly, Scherzinger swapped her thoughts of someone from The Jackson 5 for Keith Sweat, mentioned earlier in the show. Jeong and McCarthy stuck with their first inclination: "Every Little Step" singer Bobby Brown, while Wilson went with comedian Martin Lawrence.

Crab turned out to be the only and only king of R&B, Bobby Brown.

"As everybody knows I lost my two children. I lost my daughter Bobbi Kristina and I lost my son just recently, Bobby Jr., and they were a part of everything that I do this for, I do this for my kids and I just felt it was essential that I come on here and do it for my little ones," Brown said.

"I know your kids are proud," host Nick Cannon replied.

Seashell was the second contestant to be put out to sea.

Jeong nixed his first thought of singer/actress Kristin Chenoweth for Sarah Silverman. Scherzinger abandoned her initial prediction of "'How I Met Your Father" star Hilary Duff for Tamera Mowry. McCarthy committed to her first suspect, "The Princess Switch" star Vanessa Hudgens, and stuck with that. Thicke overlooked his first suspicion – actress Ashley Judd – for "Material Girls" star Haylie Duff. Wilson went with Scout Willis.

With her mask off, Seashell was revealed to be Tamera Mowry.
