Liberty Global Partnership Continues TransGaming's GameTree TV Expansion

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 24, 2015) - TransGaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TNG) today announced a new milestone partnership to bring its on-demand TV games from GameTree™ TV to Liberty Global, the largest international cable company with over 27 million customers in 14 countries.

In response to consumer demands for the enablement of next generation interactive experiences on their televisions, TransGaming and Liberty Global have joined efforts to deliver GameTree™ TV games to Liberty Global's next generation Horizon set-top boxes. This advanced cable platform allows millions of users to access linear channels, video-on-demand programming, and remote DVR management across multiple devices.

Through this partnership, GameTree TV will now be available throughout most of Europe, including: The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Poland and Hungary, with further expansion planned as Horizon continues to be deployed globally across Liberty Global's network.
