Li-Cycle Corp. ("Li-Cycle" or the "Company), an industry leader in lithium-ion battery resource recovery and the leading lithium-ion battery recycler in North America, today announced that an Investor Day Webcast has been posted to the Investors section of the Company’s website, which will provide insight into the Company’s growth strategy and its innovative technology capabilities.

The webcast, which is also available on Li-Cycle’s YouTube channel, introduces the Company, its executive leadership team, and describes the prospects of its commercial, patented lithium-ion resource recovery technology sitting at the epicenter of heavy macroeconomic tailwinds. Simon Moores, Managing Director of Benchmark Mineral Intelligence, a leading market intelligence publisher for the lithium-ion battery to electric vehicle supply chain, is featured encapsulating the recent history of the lithium-ion battery market, the role of recycling, and its outlook.

Li-Cycle previously announced its entry into a definitive business combination agreement with Peridot on February 16, 2021 (the "Business Combination").
