LFL Announces Retirement of Leon's Divisional President Graeme Leon

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - March 8, 2023) - Leon's Furniture Limited (TSX: LNF) ("LFL" or the "Company"), today announced that Graeme Leon, President of the Company's Leon's division, will be retiring on March 22, 2023 after a 43 year career with the Company.

Mike Walsh, President and CEO of LFL, commented, "It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Graeme Leon. While we are sad to see Graeme leave after 43 years of service, we very much appreciate all that he has done for our company. Graeme made his impact at an early age at Leon's and throughout his career beginning as an Area Supervisor to his current position as President of the Leon's Division. Graeme brought many positive perspectives as well as changes to cater to a younger demographic, while serving as a role model, coach and mentor. More importantly, Graeme has always tried to improve himself and those around him to positively impact the organization. His attention to detail, work ethic and unwavering commitment to the company is much appreciated. These are true examples to look for and follow. On behalf of the Board of Directors, we wish Graeme well in his retirement as he spends more time with his family."
