Lakers co-owner Jesse Buss, who owns a majority share of the Los Angeles NBA team alongside his five siblings, has put his sleek Brentwood mansion on the real estate market for $10.95 million.
Best part? Whoever the new owner happens to be, they’ll be neighbors with Lakers superstar LeBron James, who lives only a few houses away, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Buss’ three-story home comes with superb views of Catalina and the cobalt blue of the Pacific Ocean.
The six-bedroom room has a bright, airy floorplan, ”boasting sliding glass Fleetwood doors for direct access to the expansive backyard,” the listing says. “The top of the line Chef’s kitchen features Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, Dekton countertops, and Australian Oak cabinetry.”
The bedrooms are on the upper level, including a posh primary bedroom with an “oversized bathroom equipped with a steam shower and a stand-alone bathtub overlooking the ocean.”
Other features include a home theater, gym, onyx bar and a wine cellar.
“Tigertail is sleek, modern with an open concept that is the epitome of California indoor/outdoor living at its finest,” Compass listing agent Jennifer Beron said in a news release. “The home is located on the most desirable streets in Brentwood providing privacy and dramatic views of the Pacific and Catalina.”
Jesse isn’t the only Buss who put their lavish digs up on the market within the past couple years. His sister Jeanie Buss put her Playa del Rey house on the market in 2020 shortly after making NBA history by becoming the first woman controlling owner to lead her team to a championship, McClatchy News reported.
