Do You Know What the Healthiest Frappuccino at Starbucks Is?

Whether you’re watching what you eat or just not completely comfortable with getting all your calories for the day in one Frappuccino, this report on what you’re really racking up by drinking your favorite Starbucks selection will shed some light.

In a very in-depth look, Delish compared the Frap lineup in a legit way—size tall, 2 percent milk, whipped cream and any extras the drink typically calls for—then tallied the calories, fat and sugar.

Most ran right around the 300-calorie range, with Cinnamon Dolce being the worst offender at 370 calories, 13 grams of fat and 58 grams of sugar. The lowest: the Espresso Frappuccino (but that selection isn’t served with whipped cream) at 150 calories.
