There's also a top-floor deck with a sweeping view — so prepare to have a few rooftop BBQs in the summer.

If you're a fan of bright, airy spaces, the skylights and windows in this spot will be a selling point.

There are also hardwood and ceramic floors throughout, along with ensuite laundry — and utilities are included.

It's also a convenient location, close to multiple streetcar routes and the Don Valley Parkway, and you can easily stroll north to the Danforth or south to Leslieville to grab a drink or a bite to eat.
