Khloé Kardashian Shares Her 3-Step Hangover Cure ‘So You Can Party Hard and Still Get S— Done’

(Photo: Splash News)

We all know that Khloé Kardashian is a national expert in the field of “kocktails”, and with that, of course, comes some inevitable hangovers.

The reality star, who has an entire refrigerator in her home dedicated to vodka, shared her three best “natural” ways to recover after an overindulgent night on her app — something particularly useful during the holiday season.

“I’m no stranger to living it up on a night out and then enduring a rough morning,” she says in the post. “If you’re attending a lot of holiday parties this year, make sure to read about these holistic hangover cures so you can party hard and still get s— done the next day.”

The first tip Kardashian gives is to do yoga. Or, at least, sit in child’s pose for a little while. “The position is said to stimulate the circulation of lymph, a fluid in your body that helps remove toxins, AKA all of that alcohol you drank last night,” she says.

Step two: hydrate. Not only should you drink a big glass of water, but also coconut water (“if you’re not allergic like I am, LOL,” she says), mint tea, and lemon water with ginger “to help flush out the toxins and relieve nausea.”

And finally, eat something hearty — but not the “fried and greasy” foods you may gravitate towards. Instead, Kardashian suggests a bagel and bananas (to replenish potassium and blood sugar) or eggs (which “are easy on the stomach and break down toxins in your body.”)

There you have it. Now go forth and get yourself a hangover. Here are some holiday cocktail recipes to get you started.
