Key information related to proposed cash dividend to be paid by Yara International ASA

Oslo, 8 February 2023: The Board of Directors of Yara International ASA has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2022 of NOK 55 per share.

The following are the key dates if the dividend is approved by the Annual General Meeting:

Ex dividend NOK 55 as of: 13 June 2023
Record date: 14 June 2023
Dividend payment date: 22 June 2023
ADR dividend payment date: 29 June 2023
Date of approval: 12 June 2023
