Kate Beckinsale just dropped some new Instagram photos in a nipple-baring naked dress.
In the pics, the actress poses next to some plants and shows off how epically toned she is right now.
Kate Beckinsale has rocked some impressive looks lately, and her dress for the VMAs was no exception. This weekend, the actress relived some of her favorite memories from the big event by dropping a professional photo of herself. And it’s all kinds of incredible.
In the pic, the 50-year-old star is posing next to some plants in a nipple-baring naked dress with metallic flower detailing. The dress was layered over blue briefs and... nothing else. The pic make it clear that Kate is seriously toned all over right now.
"I do love a post vmas plant nursery 🌱🌿🌱," she joked in the caption. Cue people, totally freaking out in the comments. “How the f*ck are you 50???” one person wrote. “How is the question? how can someone be so beautiful 🥲," another said. "You're perfection kate 😇," a third wrote.

As plenty of fans pointed out, Kate is super strong right now. So you may be wondering what she's been up to in the health and wellness department. Apparently, the actress has been working one-on-one with a trainer, because she just shared a photo last week tagging One Personal Training—a fitness studio in London’s Mayfair district—in the caption.
Kate previously told Women’s Health that she got into fitness after working on the 2001 hit film, Pearl Harbor. At the time, “it wasn’t great, it didn’t make me feel good,” she said. But Kate eventually discovered that she actually loved exercising for its mental health benefits. “Now exercise is almost more important to me mood-wise,” she said.
Kate has previously worked with trainer Brad Siskind, who told WH that she is super committed to her fitness. “The whole hour is work,” he said. And he's not joking. Kate has a ton of Instagram pics and video of herself going hard at the gym, including this one of her doing upside down crunches which, BTW, is super, super hard:
Throughout the rest of the day, Kate makes sure to fuel up on healthy foods. She told WH that she likes to have protein like chicken or eggs before working out, with meals like hearty salads with Brussels sprouts, radishes, and safflower oil, and salmon later on in the day.
