JKS Resources Inc. Completes Drill Program

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 15, 2023) - JKS RESOURCES INC. (CSE: JKS) ("JKS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed its maiden reverse circulation drill program on its Sowchea Property, located in the Omineca Mining Division, British Columbia.

The drill program involved a 12 holes totaling 272m. Initially, the Company contemplated a drill program of over >100 holes to a depth of 3m. Due to the overburden being more significant than anticipated, the Company completed fewer drill holes due to the length required to reach the bedrock. Assays were delivered to the independent laboratory and results will be reported when received.

JKS is engaged in the business of exploration of gold focused mineral properties. JKS holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Sowchea Property, subject to a 1% gross over-riding royalty interest in the revenue from the sale of production (the "GORR"). JKS has the right to purchase half of the GORR for $1,000,000 at any time. The Sowchea Property consists of three mineral claims covering approximately 2,280 hectares in the Omineca Mining Division of Central British Columbia.
