Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX: IAE) (LSE: IAE) ("Ithaca" or the "Company") announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders is to be held on 22 June 2016 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Mr Jack Lee, Non-Executive Chairman, will be retiring from the Board following the AGM, as will Mr Frank Wormsbecker (Non-Executive Director). Mr Brad Hurtubise, currently a Non-Executive Director of Ithaca, is proposed to succeed Mr Lee as Chairman. These changes will result in the number of Directors on the Board reducing from nine to seven.
