Intrinsyc Signs New Product Development Services Agreements

Agreements With an Existing Client Valued at US$658,080

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - August 19, 2016) - Intrinsyc Technologies Corporation ("Intrinsyc" or the "Company") (ITC.TO), a leading provider of solutions for the development and production of embedded and Internet of Things ("IoT") products, today announced two new product development agreements that were signed this week. The product development services agreements are extensions of development projects for a long-term existing client. In aggregate, the value of the agreements equals US$658,080.
