InterRent REIT Announces April 2023 Distributions

Not for Distribution to United States Newswire Services or for Dissemination in the United States

OTTAWA, Ontario, April 18, 2023--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-IIP.UN) ("InterRent") announced today that its distribution declared for the month of April 2023 is $0.0300 per Trust unit, equal to $0.3600 per Trust unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about May 15, 2023, to unitholders of record on April 30, 2023.
