Incumbent Abcourt Directors All Re-Elected at Annual Meeting of Shareholders Held on December 12, 2014

MONT-ST-HILAIRE, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Dec 16, 2014) - Mr. Renaud Hinse, President and Chief Executive Officer of Abcourt Mines Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ABI) (AML.F) (AML.F) (the "Company") is pleased to report that all incumbent directors, Messrs. Jean-Guy Courtois, André De Guise, Marc Filion, Normand Hinse, François Mestrallet and Renaud Hinse, were re-elected for an additional term of one year at the shareholder's annual meeting held on December 12 last.

Likewise, Dallaire & Lapointe, chartered accountants of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, auditors of the Company, were re-appointed for the financial year ending on June 30, 2015.

Mr. Hinse also thanked the shareholders for their strong participation by voting close to 60 million proxies mostly favourable to the reelection of the candidates proposed by management. This excellent participation demonstrates much interest by shareholders in the affairs of the Company and the result is seen as a vote of confidence for management.
