The News & Observer is collecting information for a series of articles on the Triangle housing market and we would like to hear and share your experiences.

If you’ve been in your home for a few years, are you checking its value every week? And feeling either giddy about your newfound wealth or anxious about whether your taxes will rise at an equally breakneck pace?
