As a result, together with shares held by Mrs Bavinton, Mr Bavinton now holds 110,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.04% of the total number of voting rights.

Horizonte Minerals plc (AIM & TSX: HZM) is developing two 100%-owned, Tier 1 projects in Pará state, Brazil, the Araguaia Nickel Project and the Vermelho Nickel-Cobalt Project.
