Hilton (HLT) to Rebrand Grand Nikko Bali as Hilton Bali

Hilton Worldwide HLT announced that it has inked a management agreement with P.T. Caterison Sukses to re-brand Grand Nikko Bali under its flagship brand, thereby renaming it as Hilton Bali. The hotel is located on Jalan Raya Nusa Dua Selatan and the company intends to inaugurate it on Dec 1, 2016. Hilton Bali will be the third Hilton Worldwide hotel in Bali, Indonesia.

The rebranded resort will have a 408 rooms, comprising 389 rooms and 19 one, two- and three-bedroom villas with beachfront, ocean or garden views. Hilton Bali will be located on Bali's scenic southern coast of Nusa Dua, known for its pristine beaches and stunning views of the Indian Ocean.

The resort is will be located in close proximity to Ngurah Rai International Airport and the district of Kuta. Moreover, many watersports facilities and adventure sports providers near Hilton Bali that offer services like jet packs, jet skis, paragliding and dive trips. Such locational advantages are expected to make the hotel highly popular among both leisure and business travelers.

The hotel will also offer food and beverage units comprising an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurants and a bar. The hotel will also have large meeting and banquet areas including several meeting rooms, two conference centers with ballrooms, and beachfront, cliff-top and poolside areas for outdoor weddings.

The hotel also features four swimming pools that are connected to each other, a children's lagoon, three tennis courts, and a fitness center. Guests can access to a kids' club and an observation tower that offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.

Bali is one of the most popular tourist spots in the world, with foreign tourists inundating its picturesque beaches to enjoy stunning views of the Indian Ocean. This has spurred Hilton to expand its footprint in the region to cash in on the huge demand for hotels.

Hilton currently carries a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
