Here's Who Bravo Has Been Asking To Audition For Randi Zuckerberg's NYC Startup Show

A few weeks ago, we wrote a post about who Randi Zuckerberg should try and cast for a potential spinoff of her Bravo show, "Start-Ups: Silicon Valley."

Startups: Silicon Valley follows around "wantrepreneurs" in San Francisco and tapes them throwing parties, asking venture capitalists for cash, and saying ridiculous things. After a few weeks of decent ratings, Zuckerberg announced a casting call for a similar show about the New York tech scene.

We pointed Zuckerberg and Gotham Casting, an agency that's working with her to pitch the show to Bravo, toward a bunch of witty, cool and attractive up-and-comers in NYC.

It turns out Zuckerberg took our post seriously. We've spoken with a few of the people who were on our list, and they've all been asked to apply. Gotham even referenced our article in the audition requests.

Here's the email that one of our suggested cast members, Gizmodo writer Sam Biddle, received (sadly, he says he won't be doing the show)
