Helix Applications Inc. (V.HELX) hit a new 52-week high of $1.62 on Thursday. Helix Applications it engaged GRA Enterprises LLC to provide investor relations services pursuant to a consulting agreement dated effective March 9. Services will include the production and publication of investor bulletins, distribution of investor bulletins to the Consultant's e-mail list, and posts via the Consultant's blogs and social media accounts. In consideration of these services, the Company has agreed to pay the Consultant a fee of $50,000 U.S. for a six-month contract.

Sylogist Ltd. (V.SYZ) hit a new 52-week high of $14.75 on Thursday. Sylogist announced the acquisition of Municipal Accounting Systems, Inc., a highly regarded, Oklahoma -based provider of student information management and accounting solutions to K-12 public school districts. Pursuant to the transaction, which closed on March 17, Sylogist, through its subsidiary Sylogist USA Inc., acquired all of the shares of MAS for cash consideration of $37.8M (CDN), subject to working capital adjustments, 50% of which was paid from cash on hand and the remainder drawn under its existing credit facility.
