You can preorder a Family-Style To-Go Bucket, or dine in person this holiday.

On Christmas Eve, a limited in-person menu will include Wood Roasted Rack of Lamb, 14 oz Bone-In Pork Chop and Baked Oysters. Meals can come hot or cold — your choice. Sliced or unsliced turkey is available ($28 for two pounds), along with boneless ham ($26 for two pounds), beef brisket ($28 per pound) and other meats. Hickory smoked wings are $55 for 50 or 100 for $100, and come with your choice of buttermilk ranch, blue cheese or barbecue sauce.

Side dish options include cranberry-apple compote, mashed potatoes, classic mac and cheese, Southern style green beans, collard greens, broccoli casserole and more. Prices are $12/quart or $35/half pan (estimated to feed 10-12 people).

Gravy is available by the pint ($3) or quart ($6), and Midwood sauces are available by the pint, too ($5).

RockSalt will serve its normal menu on Christmas Eve, along with a Feast of the Seven Fishes event. Wood-fired octopus, Mediterranean sea bass and crab risotto with a stuffed half lobster will finish out the meal.

Stoke Charlotte is serving an in person prix fixe from 1-6 p.m. Christmas Eve. Adults are $65 per person; children under 10 are $25, and those under 3 are free.

The shared first course offerings are Mom’s Deviled Eggs and Pretzel Brioche, with honey, mostardo and Cheerwine butters.

The second course is a choice of Farmer’s Salad with pickled acorn squash, spicy pecans, artisan cheese and smoked vinegar dressing; Silky Cauliflower She Crab Soup; beets with ricotta, peppery greens and Benton’s ham; or Braised Short Rib Agnolotti.

The third course offerings are wood-finished smoked turkey with herbed turkey gravy, Harmony Ridge pork loin with apple mustard; Sunburst Trout with tumeric pecan brown butter, and Brasstown Rib Eye with mushroom bordelaise, blue cheese and horseradish butter.

Served family style with the meal will be pomme puree, brioche and mushroom stuffing with sausage gravy, broccoli and cauliflower casserole and braised collards with Benton’s ham and sherry.
