GreenPower Announces Stock Option Grants

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - February 08, 2016) - GreenPower Motor Company Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GPV) (GPVRF) ("GreenPower" or the "Company"), announces stock option grants approved by the Board of Directors.

GreenPower has granted incentive stock options to officers and directors of the Company, to acquire a total of 500,000 common shares of the Company vesting 25% after four months, 25% after six months, 25% after nine months and 25% after twelvemonths, exercisable for a period of five years at a price of CDN $0.35 per share, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company has a total of 8,334,717 outstanding stock options.
