Greencastle Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, Aug. 24, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Greencastle Resources Ltd. (TSXV: “VGN”) (“Greencastle” or the “Company”) welcomes David Grant Martin to the Board of Directors. David is a retired Investment Advisor and businessman residing in Kelowna, British Columbia and was appointed following the Company’s annual meeting held on June 15, 2021. The Company also announces the grant of 4,000,000 incentive stock options to certain officers, directors and consultants at an exercise price of $0.10 expiring on August 25, 2026.
