Yahoo Finance George Clooney Is Giving Away a Visit to His Lake Como Villa

If you've ever spent entirely too much time daydreaming about lounging with George Clooney at his gorgeous Lake Como home (don't worry, we won't judge you!), today could be your lucky day. The award-winning actor recently partnered with Omaze, a for-profit fundraising company, for an epic giveaway that includes a visit to his Lake Como villa in Northern Italy.
One winner and their friend will be flown out to Italy and put up in a 4-star hotel. They will then travel to Lake Como to enjoy a meal with Clooney and his wife, Amal Clooney.
"When you daydream about life after COVID-19, do you imagine: Getting together with friends. Sharing a meal, maybe a few drinks. Talking about what you’re grateful for. Endless laughter," a description on the Omaze site reads. "This is going to be just like that… except your friends are George and Amal Clooney. And you’re joining them at their beautiful home in Lake Como, Italy! You’ll enjoy a meal of their favorite local foods, cheers to life and snap a photo to remember it all by."
Entries for the giveaway can be purchased via donations, which will help to support The Clooney Foundation for Justice (a non-contribution option is also available). The contest closes on July 16 and a winner will be announced around August 4.
