First Mining, Great Bear, Immunoprecise at 52-Week Highs on News

First Mining Gold Corp. (T.FF) hit a new 52-week high of 37 cents Thursday. First Mining Gold has entered into a funding agreement with First Majestic Silver Corp. in relation to the Company's 100%-owned Springpole Gold Project located in Ontario. Under the terms of the Agreement, First Majestic will pay First Mining total consideration of $22.5 million U.S. for the right to purchase 50% of the payable silver produced from Springpole for the life of the Project.

Great Bear Resources Ltd. (V.GBR) hit a new 52-week high of $12.98 Thursday. Great Bear reported results from its ongoing fully funded $21 million exploration program at its 100% owned flagship Dixie Project in the Red Lake district of Ontario.

Immunoprecise Antibodies Ltd. (V.IPA) hit a new 52-week high of $1.91 Thursday. Immunoprecise’s subsidiary U-Protein Express BV today announced the availability of its new recombinant SARS-CoV-2 proteins, and other proteins associated with COVID-19, for use by researchers globally in the design and discovery of novel therapeutics, vaccines and diagnostic test kits for coronavirus.

Zadar Ventures Ltd. (V.ZAD) hit a new 52-week high of 34.5 cents on Thursday. Zadar has completed its due diligence on French AR/VR company, XRApplied SAS, and intends to enter into a definitive agreement by the end of June 2020. XRApplied, based in Sarlat-la-Canéda, France, is a leader in the development and deployment of AR/VR/MR technologies and assets like AR/VR games and AR/VR Apps. As previously announced, Zadar continues to work with the team at the UNIQORN incubator-accelerator to complete the transaction.
