Soon after its inception in 2008, Belk.com partnered with eBay Enterprise. Since then, Belk has grown its online business considerably while eBay has supported it by providing customer sales and service solutions via various contact channels. eBay Enterprise ensures a steady Belk branded experience by utilizing established management tools and leveraging fine practices in the service center.
