EARNEST Partners Appoints Malin Eriksson as Chief Operating Officer

·1 min read

EARNEST Partners, a growing global asset management firm, is pleased to announce the addition of its new Chief Operating Officer and Partner, Malin Eriksson.

Malin brings more than 20 years of multinational experience of building and managing successful high-growth companies; providing financial investment and management consulting; and managing operating platforms. She co-founded two companies: Credigy, a specialty finance company; and Credo Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on the needs of FinTech companies. Malin served on the boards of several private and public companies in the US and Europe, including Lindorff Group, Ingenico ePayments and WebBank and currently serves on the board of Hoist Finance. She was also the interim CEO of Klarna, a Swedish FinTech company, where she implemented strategies and policies that were instrumental to the company’s successful entrance into the US market.

Malin will have a broad portfolio of responsibilities that will touch all elements of our business.

Malin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Business and a minor in Economics from Ithaca College and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

"Malin is an extreme talent. She brings us significant experience in scaling businesses, the practical application of data science, and investment acumen as a Chief Investment Officer. Most importantly, Malin is known as a developer of people and her cultural temperament matches EARNEST Partners," said Paul Viera, the founder and CEO of EARNEST Partners.
