Dream Office REIT (T.D.UN) hit a new 52-week high of $26.33 Thursday. Dream Office REIT announced today that the Toronto Stock Exchange accepted a notice filed by the company to renew its prior normal course issuer bid for a one-year period.

Under the bid, Dream Office REIT will have the ability to purchase for cancellation up to a maximum of 4,544,730 of its REIT Units, Series A (representing 10% of Dream Office REIT’s public float of 45,447,304 REIT A Units) through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange
