Dortmund vs Man City lineups: Confirmed team news, starting XIs, injury latest for Champions League today

Erling Haaland will hope to end his barren run in front of goal when Borussia Dortmund battle Manchester City in the Champions League tonight.

Haaland, who is being chased by almost every top European side, has not scored in six games for club and country - his longest goalless drought since moving to the Bundesliga.

Marco Reus's away goal may prove vital against City and he is fit for the quarter-final return leg along with Mats Hummels, after both were doubts with minor problems.

Jadon Sancho, however, has been ruled out despite returning to training after six weeks out with a thigh injury, with Wednesday’s clash at Signal Iduna Park coming too soon.

Terzic said: "Jadon won't be at our disposal, although he trained again. He is doing his best to return as fast as possible and we would like to have him with us tomorrow but he won't be.

"We have to take our time with him, so he is not an option for tomorrow, but we hope it won't last much longer for him before he comes back into the team."

For City, Pep Guardiola rested a number of players at the weekend and watched his team get beaten by 10-man Leeds United.

With the Premier League all but wrapped up, it was a risk the manager was willing to take and Ruben Dias, Rodri, Ilkay Gundogan, Phil Foden, Riyad Mahrez and Kevin De Bruyne all return tonight.

Starting lineups

Borussia Dortmund XI (4-3-3): Hitz, Morey, Akanji, Hummels, Guerreiro, Can, Dahoud, Bellingham, Reus, Knauff, Haaland

Manchester City XI (4-3-3): Ederson, Walker, Dias, Stones, Zinchenko, Rodrigo, Gundogan, De Bruyne, Mahrez, Bernardo, Foden
