'I don’t know what if anything I will do with it': Mark Cuban bought a town in Texas

Mark Cuban isn't a stranger to big investments. He's a billionaire who owns the Dallas Mavericks, after all.

But this is a bit different.

Mark Cuban bought an entire town in Texas last month, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Mustang, which is 55 miles south of Dallas, had a population of 23 according to the last census. It is 77 acres. It has a strip club (which real estate broker Mike Turner said "is not in good repair, but it could be redone for something") and a trailer park.

Cuban told the Dallas Morning News he bought it because a friend needed to sell it, saying, “I don’t know what if anything I will do with it."

It was not announced how much Cuban paid for the town. It was originally listed at $4 million, then reduced to $2 million.
