Freddie Mac Multifamily Lender approval complements Regions’ focus on affordable housing and conventional multifamily financing.

This additional approval further enhances Regions’ comprehensive Capital Markets agency lending suite, which already includes Fannie Mae DUS and FHA/HUD financing services.
