Cracker Barrel gets an upgrade, Palo Alto Networks dips, UnitedHealth on an upswing

Cracker Barrel Old Country (CBRL): Telsey Advisory Group upgraded the restaurant and gift-store chain to Outperform from Market Perform, saying that it expects Cracker Barrel’s comparable sales, customer traffic and earnings to improve

Palo Alto Networks (PANW): Former Google executive Amit Singh was named president of the cybersecurity software provider. Singh will start Nov. 1 and will replace Mark Anderson, who has been with the company for 6.5 years and has served as president since August 2016.

UnitedHealth (UNH): The largest health insurer in the US reported better-than-expected third-quarter earnings and revenue. The company said its insurance business added 2.8 million more consumers year-over-year in the quarter.
