Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is sacking his contemporary home in Irving, TX. He’s selling the two-story pad for $1.05 million, the Dallas Morning News reports.

The elegant house isn’t even among the 20 most expensive homes currently for sale in the city—which is unusual for a baller with a multimillion-dollar contract.

Built in 1993, the 5,551-square-foot, Mediterranean-style house in the gated Cottonwood Valley community rests on a third of an acre and has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The two-story entry opens to a living room with a stacked stone fireplace. The kitchen is appointed with quartz counters and a butler’s pantry with wet bar. The backyard features a pool, spa, and entertaining space.

The Morning News says Romo is planning to move into a bigger, newer home near the Bent Tree Country Club in North Dallas.

Romo has played for the Cowboys since 2003, breaking team records for most games with three or more touchdown passes and most games with at least 300 passing yards. Although the four-time Pro Bowler has never led the team deep into the playoffs, he signed a $108 million contract extension with America’s Team in 2013, which ensured the QB at least $55 million in guaranteed money. He’s married to Candice Crawford, former Miss Missouri USA and a TV journalist. They have two sons, Hawkins, 4, and Rivers, 2.
