Next week’s Coronation Street spoilers see Sharon mastermind Sam’s kidnapping, while Asha tries to trap the villainous Corey.
Read on for all this and much more in your full rundown for 17-21 May, 2021.
Sam is kidnapped
My prediction is that Sharon’s latest sly tactic will make her national figure of hate. Still determined to track down runaways Leanne, Nick and Simon, she’s decided that the way to achieve her goal is by ensnaring the adorable and universally beloved Sam.
Knowing that Sam and Natasha are due to have tea with Gail, Sharon sneakily shows a photo of Sam to Harvey’s henchman Noddy. And when Sam later approaches No 8, he soon finds himself being bundled into a van and driven away from the scene.

A frantic Natasha calls the police, while Sharon plays the concerned friend. But how far is Harvey prepared to go and will Sam’s life come under threat?
Can Asha catch Corey out?
Corey may think he’s got Asha under his control, but what he’s failed to realise is that she’s aiming to bring him to book.
Outwardly, she’s defending her boyfriend’s actions, but as Aadi discovers, Asha actually despises Corey and believes him to be as guilty as sin. In fact, she’s only taking his side in the hope that he’ll slip up and reveal the truth about the attack on Nina and Seb. It’s a dangerous game but one she believes is worth playing.
Tyrone and Alina’s future revealed
Viewers who thought Tyrone’s mid-life crisis relationship with Alina would soon crash and burn are going to be in for a shock.
The pair are now making plans to buy the salon flat after Debbie announces she’s putting it on the market, with Ty’s first port of call being Kev, to ask if he’ll consider lending him £8,000 to use as a deposit. That howl of despair you can hear is Fiz learning the news.
Sean’s glam scam snares a new victim
We all know that Sean is embroiled in a pyramid scheme, but might the scales finally be falling from his own eyes? He’s certainly hesitant to get his friend Carol involved in Double Glammy but makes out that he doesn’t think she’s up to the job.
But Daisy, who still envisages the venture being a financial success, has no such qualms and signs Carol up as a rep behind Sean’s back. What a minx!
Cathy outstays her welcome
A landscape of discarded empty pizza boxes angers Yasmeen and Elaine: it’s high time that Cathy started pulling her weight.
But Cathy has other plans. She’s ignoring Brian’s phone calls, taking delivery of an exercise bike and commenting that she feels right at home. Cue looks of dismay from her housemates.
Love triangle for Jenny, Ronnie and Johnny
Johnny is home from prison, but while he’s been behind bars, the sparks have been flying between his wife Jenny and smooth-talking Ronnie.
As Johnny reacclimatises to life on the Street, he admits to not having been the best husband and makes promises to Jenny about making things up to her. Jenny, though, is just grateful that Ronnie has decided to make an exit before secrets get spilled.
Only, Ed then offers his brother living space in the campervan, all of which means that Ronnie isn’t exiting the scene just yet.
