Constellation Software's Jonas Division Completes Acquisition of PAR Springer-Miller Systems

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 4, 2015) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (CSU.TO) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd., and certain of its affiliates ("Jonas") acquired the assets of PAR Springer-Miller Systems hotel technology business ("Springer-Miller"), a division of PAR Technology Corporation (PAR).
