•    Intra-Cellular Therapies Inc’s (ITCI) shares plummeted 63.6% after the company declared that results from a clinical trial of a drug it was developing for schizophrenia turned out to be disappointing

•    Shares of Progress Software Corporation (PRGS) dropped 4.2% after the company reported fiscal third quarter earnings per share of $0.44 that fell short of analysts’ expectations of $0.45

•    Shares of Pier 1 Imports Inc (PIR) gained 4.7% after the company posted second quarter loss per share of $0.05, narrower than analysts’ expectations of a loss of $0.06
