Citi Appointed Depositary Bank for voxeljet’s ADR Programme

Citi’s Securities and Fund Services business, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by voxeljet AG (“voxeljet”), a leading provider of high-speed, large format 3D printers, as the depositary bank for their sponsored Level 3 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme. voxeljet’s shares trade only in the U.S. through ADRs listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), under the symbol “VJET”.

Rudolf Franz, Chief Financial Officer at voxeljet commented “We are very pleased that the market reacted so positively to the IPO of voxeljet and are excited about the growth prospects of the company. We look forward to a close partnership with Citibank as depositary bank for our ADR programme, which I am sure will benefit both voxeljet and its ADR holders.”

“Citi is delighted to be appointed by voxeljet as depositary bank for their Level 3 ADR programme,” Dirk Jones, Global Head of Securities and Fund Services Client Sales Management said. “voxeljet’s decision to list its shares solely on NYSE is a reflection of the renewed interest from US investors for European equities. Citi’s investor relations expertise and unmatched global equity distribution network will be a powerful platform for voxeljet to manage their ADR programme going forward.”
