Chip Eng Seng clinches GS Engineering transportation depot project

Contract value is at $75.9 million.

Chip Eng Seng was awarded a contract by GS Engineering & Construction Corp for the supply of precast concrete items for a depot project.

The contract, which was awarded to Chip Eng Seng's wholly-owned subsidiary CES-Precast Pte., Ltd., has a value of $75.9 million.

CES-Precast will be supplying concrete items that will be used for the construction of a 4-in-1 rail and bus depot and reception tunnels for Thomson-East coast line.

The group claims this would not in any way affect its earnings and net tangible assets for the current financial year.
