YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: Just as we and probably every other celebrity property gossip on the planet anticipated, much in the news actor Charlie Sheen has put an extra property he owns behind the guarded gates of the Mullholland Estates development in the mountains between Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks up for sale with an asking price of $6,099,000. The nowadays much more contrite and calm but none-the-less legendary Tinseltown cocksman and drug-fueled party hound, who recently revealed he was infected with the HIV virus in 2011, acquired property in October 2012 for $4.8 million from billionaire investor Tom Gores. While we can’t confirm she ever actually occupied the premises, word on the celebrity real estate street at the time was the residence was purchased so that Sheen’s third and also on-again/off-again troubled ex-wife Brooke Mueller and their two children would have place to live that’s conveniently just around the corner from his own mansion. Current listing details show the split-level residence, described as a “Warm and inviting Spanish estate located on a premium street,” has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms plus a family room and an office, a “fully-equipped kitchen with center island,” and a screening room. Exterior spaces include a courtyard with fountain and a flat and grassy backyard with swimming pool, spa, fire pit, and a variety of terraces for lounging, dining, and entertaining.

Mister Sheen continues to own and reside in a 7,924-square-foot mansion in the Mulholland Estates community that he bought in April 2006 for $7.2 million but recently dumped a third mansion he owned in the development at a not insubstantial $300,000+ loss. That house, a 9,020-square-foot mock-Mediterranean macmansion he picked up in March 2011 for $6,999,999 from entertainment industry mover and shaker Mike Medavoy and that was occupied by his second ex-wife Denise Richards while she gut renovated her own Hidden Hills estate, was sold in an off-market deal in December 2015 for $6.6 million.
