CEO & Executive Director Graham Cooley Just Bought 8.8% More Shares In ITM Power Plc (LON:ITM)

Potential ITM Power Plc (LON:ITM) shareholders may wish to note that the CEO & Executive Director, Graham Cooley, recently bought UK£250k worth of stock, paying UK£4.00 for each share. Looking at the total insider shareholdings in a company can help to inform your view of whether they are well aligned with common shareholders. Usually, the higher the insider ownership, the more likely it is that insiders will be incentivised to build the company for the long term.
