CALGARY, Alberta, July 11, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CEMATRIX Corporation (TSXV: CVX) (OTCBB: CTXXF) ("CEMATRIX" or the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors has approved the grant of incentive stock options for certain Directors, Officers, Employees or Consultants of the Corporation, pursuant to the Corporation’s Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan for the purchase of 350,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.21, subject to the vesting provisions of the options, at any time up to and including June 29, 2027.
