Namaste Technologies (TSXV: N) (FRANKFURT: M5BQ) (OTCMKTS: NXTTF) has entered into a secured convertible loan agreement with Choklat, a private chocolate manufacturer in Alberta. “We’re investing in Choklat to ensure they’re able to maximize the pending market opportunity for edibles,” stated Meni Morim, the CEO of Namaste.

The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. (TSX: TGOD) (US: TGODF) unveiled a new strategic plan, including a series of actions to reduce the company’s financing requirements.
