CANADA STOCKS-TSX flat as energy stocks fall, banks push higher
TORONTO, Jan 18 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index was little changed in early trade on Thursday, as energy stocks fell and banks rose.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was down 1.81 points, or 0.01 percent, at 16,324.89 shortly after the open. (Reporting by Alastair Sharp Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
