Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc: Purchase of Shares by a director of the company

ST HELIER, CHANNEL ISLANDS--(Marketwired - Dec. 1, 2016) - Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc (CAL.TO)(CALVF)(CMCL.L) ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that it received notice yesterday that Mr Leigh Wilson, the Chairman of the Board, has purchased a total of 50,000 shares in the Company at a price of $1.03 per share. Following this transaction Mr Wilson owns 215,000 shares in the Company representing approximately 0.41 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
