Business Texting App Launches Community Round on WeFunder

Bloomington, Illinois--(Newsfile Corp. - April 28, 2022) - Beetexting, whose business text messaging software helps businesses text with their customers as friends would, has opened an investment round to its customers and the public, also known as a Community Round, via WeFunder.

The company states that through its business texting platform, it seeks to make it easier for sales and service teams to provide VIP service to their prospects and clients while staying in compliance and deepening relationships through personal, conversational texting.

"We are thrilled to invite our customers and the public to invest in our business. We want to share our success with those who've supported us. Anyone can go to our WeFunder profile to see the details of our Community Round and invest," says Nageswar Bijivemula, CEO at Beetexting.

Over $500,000 in revenue from consulting services has helped fund the development of the Beetexting product. As the company has grown, so has the Beetexting team, whose twenty developers are based at the company's wholly-owned subsidiary in Hyderabad, India.

Today, the telecommunications software-as-a-service (SaaS) company seeks to transform simple, everyday communication tasks into experiences that increase trust between customers and the people at the organizations they patronize.

"A text from a brand is easy to ignore. Beetexting is different. We help people communicate via text. This means it's not a text from Bob's Plumbing; instead, it's a text from Bob or anyone on Bob's team. It's personal, which makes it effective at building trust," says Mike Somers, COO at Beetexting.

Beetexting's website lists a host of team texting features such as team chat, internal messaging, claiming conversations, transferring conversations, shared inbox management, and more.

"While we can certainly help our customers with marketing use cases, like targeting blast texts and custom text workflow automation, at our core, we help teams work together to build personal relationships with their customers," says Alex Short, Director of Customer Success at Beetexting.

Beetexing offers several enhanced texting features in the texting automation/workflow category, the team texting category, and the text messaging marketing category as well as new features, such as collecting payment by text via app payment programs or credit card and requesting reviews via text message.

Beetexting helps companies build deeper customer relationships through business texting software for customer service and sales teams.
